Is it:

Time bound – would it make lesser difference few years from now

Contextual – does it make a greater difference in a given context

Relative – does it change basis change in other truths

2. And what is that you know, which is:

Neither more nor less

Nor time bound, contextual, or relative

The way you bridge the two in your mind is what makes the difference – in the quality of what you know, its relevance and the impact you make.
