Most know you exist, few have seen you, even fewer have been touched by you

 

In large organisations UFOs operate diligently – processing work, as it emerges from one black hole and goes out another. If the UFO were to leave, another teleports in, to take its place.

Everyone is replaceable. The show must go on. However, by being your authentic self (diversity), you bring a unique value that is cherished (talent) and remembered even after you are gone (impact). Contribute to organizational context by leveraging the strengths that make you, you.

Why pretend to be UFO when you are Uncommon Fascinating Original.

Irreplaceable do not wish to be. Replaceable cannot be.
