Don’t worry, everyone can learn

“The paradigms we teach at Harvard Business School sow the seeds of every company’s demise”

Late Clayton Christensen, Professor at Harvard Business School, Guru of ‘Disruptive Innovation’

There is a difference between:

  • What & How

  • Territory & Maps

  • Awareness & Techniques

  • Perspective & Frameworks

Maps, techniques, and frameworks are common hows’ that are taught to all and known by all.

Being aware of the territory and having a perspective on it are critical whats’ that one has to learn for oneself.

The what leads to the how. Not the other way.

And when you don’t know your what, the how becomes the what.

Invest in your what even if you have completed your education or gained experience – everyone deserves a second chance.
