How strategic you are

Depends on how convergent are you

Strategy is a set of integrated choices about:

  • Who you are

  • The distinct value you create

Strategy is directional consistency — applicable to an individual, organization, and state. Greater the convergence in intention and actions, the more strategic and impactful you are. Greater the divergence, the more likely the focus is on managing change and control.

When you choose to converge inside-out, you choose to be strategic.
