Whiplash

The tempo that crack’s it

When the whip lashes, it breaks the sound barrier and creates a crackling sonic boom.  It delivers a powerful punch as per it’s design.

When you are anchored in your natural system you have a high tolerance to stretch and the rising whiplash. In the process of stretch you grow, not self-destruct. You are anti fragile.

When you are anchored to a system that does not resonate with you, you have a lower tolerance to stretch and the subsequent whiplash. In short, the process of stretch makes you brittle and fragile.

When you pursue your tempo, you create a whiplash that expands the boundaries of your performance.

And when you loose your tempo, the same whiplash breaks you.

Don’t crack up. Crack it.
