“I have a history of going through the grind. Nothing comes easy to me. Every stretch and turn has a little surprise. How come the rest get to enjoy the breeze. Must be about me, not fair!”

To break the loop see yourself and the world with an open mind.

For that is the weakest and strongest link in the loop. And the only one in your control.
