Don’t expect a tiger cub born & brought up in the midst of dogs to behave like a tiger.

People say the idea encourages them to choose colleagues who are inspirational or better.
Sure, as if by living in a housing complex for space scientists, you will become one.

It’s a downward spiral irrespective of who you are with. Imagine a young goose whose parents could not tell who it was. If it lives with the vultures, it will act as one; but if it grew up near a fighter jets base, it ain’t becoming like them with an afterburner.

Osmosis works to your advantage when you know yourself.
Otherwise, be it vultures or fighter jets, anything and everything makes for a good company.
