When external shift precedes internal it’s a wakeup call   Awakening is a river with many tributaries Which everyone eventually swims The way to it - a choice.   Some wakeup to dawn Some wakeup to alarm.

It looks back as the future appears in front   At what point hindsight meets foresight Is it at clarity - the bridge   And what about the river that flows – what is that Is it both or neither or nor both nor neither   You, the bridge, the river Which is real   Is it all one Separate in the mind of the great Teacher.
