My name is ANURAG BHARTIYA.

I believe, when we know the fundamental truths, on which everything hinges, it can become our greatest source of clarity and empowerment.

When we choose to be guided by it, our deepest wants of progress and fulfilment get realised.

 

We can stand in the centre of our circle and perceive our truth shaping our reality, moment by moment.

My background

Have nearly 3 decades of rich corporate experience in Hospitality, IT Services and Financial Services sectors as Human Resources Executive.

The three organizations I worked for, The Leela luxury hotel chain, Mastek IT consulting and finally Max Life Insurance, are well known entities.

At Max Life, I was Senior Vice President in charge of Talent Management and Employee Engagement, and member of Senior Leadership Team. In my last year of an 18-year stint, we were ranked amongst India’s Top 25 Great Places to Work, 2020.

My interest lay in Organization Transformation, Talent Management and Employee Engagement. Have led enterprise-wide transformation projects and facilitated senior level interventions in areas such as discovering purpose, grooming talent and aligning people and strategy.

 

I believe we can unlock inherent potential of people and organizations by creating coherence in purpose, design and actions.

MY STRENGTH IS MY CURIOSITY

I have a knack for identifying patterns and learnings from life experiences. I like to read and expand my own understanding. Like to remind myself, when we dig, we can either create a well and think the well is the world or we can arrive at the core and know the source of everything.

I have now opened a new door as reflected through this site. Am based out of New Delhi, India.

The way we see

The duration of our lives is limited. However, the quality of our lives is an outcome of way we see things.

The way we see things, is based on our nature, experiences and learnings. By becoming aware, we begin to see things clearly and act in a way that is right – true to ourselves and to others.

We begin to operate from our natural state. Wanting to be secure and yet hungry to explore, connect, grow and make a difference. We no longer feel the need to underplay or overplay ourselves.

Emotions spring from our core, energise us, guide us; reflecting the quality of our lives in that moment. Gratitude, compassion, curiosity, wonder, courage, determination, joy become our life long companions.

If you want to create shifts in your life, then step in. It does not matter if you are an achiever or a starter or someone who is feeling stuck.
