You are the intersection of multiple qualities that bundle together to create a unique value and strength. Millions will be better than you, on each of those qualities, seen in isolation. But only a handful will have that unique combination. And even fewer will appreciate it and leverage it with courage and determination. Those who do, become extraordinary.

Sometimes we need to drop the excess baggage, that we keep adding on, to see who we really are. We work hard and lifelong to get our trophies of educational qualifications, capabilities, experiences and achievements – so that we can run the race and have a good life; but in the process we forget what we are uniquely gifted with – and which the world needs.

Know yourself.
Know what you bring to the table.
And be on the right table.
