2023 Jul 13

They say, the Universe is a fractal – a never ending pattern seen at all scales.

Humans have the ability to zoom in and zoom out and search for patterns. These patterns can be observed in stock markets, biology, weather, cosmology, astrology, architecture and practically everything. All of science and art is a pattern seeking endeavor.

Some patterns are at the very core of everything. They define the very fabric of nature and existence. For example, creation and dissolution, convergence and divergence, expansion and contraction are different ways of labelling that existential phenomenon. Those who understand it, align to it. They pace themselves accordingly. They know when to rest and when to act. When to be patient and when to strike. Being perspective of the undercurrents can uplift us, empower us.

If you can see the universe in a grain of sand and a grain of sand in the universe, you are special.

What patterns do you see?
