Let your harmonics play you

2023 Jul 15

Everything is a form of energy and vibrates at its fundamental / natural frequency.

For example, Earth’s natural frequency, also called Schumann Resonance / Earth’s heartbeat, is 7.83 hertz. Interestingly, when our brain waves are operating around 7-8 Hertz, we experience relaxation, improved focus, healing, and sleep.

Most vibrating objects have more than one frequency and these are always whole number multiples of the fundamental frequency – called harmonics.

Sound produced by harmonic frequency is always musical / harmonious, while at other forced frequencies, what we get is noise. It is harmonics that makes a trumpet sound like a trumpet and a clarinet sound like a clarinet.

We all are tuned to express own specific frequency – our inherent quality. When we operate from a state which is closest to our natural calling, our soul, intellect, mind, emotions and body resonate in unison.

When we play to our natural strengths and do the right things, we produce music that is the beat of our hearts. And it finds its rightful place in the cosmic symphony.
