If you want to grow, you have to walk your own path, and help others walk theirs

In the participative Universe, everyone is both a:

Giver and Receiver

Follower and Leader

Observer and Observed

Consumer and Producer

When we see everything from both ends, it reveals itself as a closed loop – a living system giving feedback to itself and learning from itself. Which is why the evolution of political, economic or social system reflects the evolution of the state and its constituent people. Same for organizations and families. Nothing is separate. Everything is relational.

Which is why, when you catch yourself sweating to break away from the pack, ask yourself, am I really separate.

When you walk your path and help others walk theirs

You grow, the other person grows, and the system grows. Collectively.
