Intention is the breakfast, lunch, and dinner of champions

Feedback is the snack in-between

Intention moves the world

It is directional, inside-out and the essence

Feedback moves the one meant for

It is specific, outside-in and about impact & appearances

Those on 100% intention, hug feedback that is useful

Those on 100% feedback, stop hugging even themselves

Everyone is somewhere in-between these two states

1 day invested in clarifying one’s intention beats 1000 days of working on feedback. In fact, in the absence of intention,

all feedback makes sense. Despite knowing this, disproportionate energy is spent on giving, receiving, processing, and

applying feedback versus reflecting on one’s intentions. Get your intention clear and the feedback will become clear.

If you feel drained – you might be on heavy snacks and lots of feedback.

Get on a diet of wholesome meals, personal intention, and a dash of useful feedback – and get your life and energy back.
