Each slice looks similar. Tastes similar.

It is always available, inexpensive, and quickly consumed.

Goes with every occasion.

Thousands have come and gone.

In a never-ending supply.

Why not raise the quality of our lives by reflecting on the passing time. We tend to be so focussed on dealing with the challenges and ticking off the check list, that we forget to ask what was this all about. Days, weeks, months and years go by – like a blur.

But when we reflect, we assimilate and progress. We move from a circular movement to a spiral of growth.

Next time you eat that slice of bread, reflect. And give it some respect.
