Often we search for a method to succeed, without knowing ourselves.

Like the athlete who desires to be the best, by following the technique, while ignorant of what makes one simply run every day. When you understand yourself, you run intuitively. Your method evolves, that no textbook can create. 100% personalised and intimately optimised to who you are. Which is what Usain Bolt did despite having one leg shorter than the other.

The key is in listening to your voice – who you are, what do you really want. That which when you become, makes you satisfied and when you ignore it, makes you dissatisfied. Your madness.

The method emerges from this madness. Like that unique tree from that unique seed.
