What defines your potential?

2023 Sep 22

Your psychology defines your potential.

A position is only as good as the person in it. And a person is only as good as his or her psychology.

A position simply expands or contracts as per the psychology of the person.

Your potential is defined by your psychology. The position you hold is simply a reflection of your psychology at a point of time.

Understand and leverage your psychology.

It will take care of your potential and position.
