Some were born porcelain and some plain clay

To protect ourselves from breaking, stainless steel became the preferred way

Like the lines under your eyes

The cracks tell a tale of a full life

To avoid them is to not live

Be the clay you are meant to be

Be it clay or steel both go through the furnace

Some are meant to simply be

Some are meant to never break

Choice is yours

Be the clay you are, not afraid of breaking, fully alive

Or be the stainless steel, unbroken, that never really lived.
