The degree of stress you can normalise
Is it a sign of health or disease.

What works for someone may not work for you
What works today may not work tomorrow.

There are dials inside each one of us
That work in a funny way.

They talk to each other and turn as per their whim
And the letter in the mailbox arrives much later.

What looked like an erratic sign
Was the turn of the tide.

Everyone wants to be a hero
In their own eyes or in someone’s.

The trophy is not what you score
But knowing who you are.

Real heroes start as humans
And end as one.

Vulnerable yes, broken no.
